ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Orders placed before 11am during office hours 9-5 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with shipping information.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DAMAGE

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
